We mainly product plastic moulds for automobile inner parts, instrument panels, door panels, bumpers, auto radiator fans and covers, complete sets of motorcycle and fittings, household electronic appliances, air-conditioners, refrigerator parts, baby carriage and fittings and daily use articles. Now we have established long term cooperative relationship with enterprises, such as Taiwan Dongyang (Kaiyi) Group, Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., Shanghai No. 2 Automotive Co., Ltd., Hafei Autos, LG, and Chunlan Company. Our moulds have been exported to many countries and regions, such as USA, Italy, Egypt, Tunis, South America, and the Middle East. We employ 150 staff in factory, including 35 technicians and designers graduated from famous College and University, and 15 technique workers with 10 years of experience in mould making. Besides our quality employees, our company is also well equipped with production facilities and equipment. By making full use of CAD/CAM/CAE high techniques, we have summarized a set of specific managing method. In our workshops, there are precision finishing equipment, such as 4 CNC (Taiwan) milling machines, 2 numerically controlled milling machines, 8 wire-cutting machines, 6 EDM machines, Germany high-speed milling machine, and 2 Hong Kong die spotting pressing machine, including 8 CAD/CAM workbenches, 3-axis measuring machine, 500g, 1,500g, 3,800g and 12,000g injection machines. With the help of advanced equipment and rich experience, our company is capable of research and making some large size, deep cavity or thinner wall precise moulds, especially for the auto bumper, door plate, radiator fan, and fan cover. All the moulds feature in high precision, long life, short production period and delivery time, reasonable prices, satisfactory services. Therefore, we have enjoyed a good popularity and high credit.
